Deals, Drums, and Dedication: Inside the Sound of L0-G
L0-G
L0-G is a Miami-based DJ and producer originally from Manchester, New Hampshire. After discovering house music in high school, he began throwing and playing parties before moving to Florida to study recording arts at Full Sail University. That move sparked a serious pursuit of music, where he began fusing his early UK house influences with Latin percussion and a playful, groove-heavy style uniquely his own.
Since arriving in Miami, L0-G has quickly gained traction in the local underground scene with support from collectives like Dream Kids and Househeads, and co-signs from artists like Paco Osuna and Ms. Mada. His sets balance humor and nostalgia with raw, bass-driven energy — and his Groove Palace mix delivers just that, filled with original tracks, unreleased cuts, and signature “deals.”
From house party roots to Miami’s underground, L0-G is blending nostalgic UK vibes with percussive Latin flavor. His mix is full of energy, edge, and emotion — just like his story.
From New Hampshire to the Heart of Miami
L0-G, real name Logan Sites, started his journey in a small town outside Manchester, New Hampshire. Long before he was spinning at local parties and opening for major acts, Logan was a kid obsessed with sound. He dabbled in music production in high school, but it wasn’t until he enrolled at Full Sail University in Orlando that he started treating music like a serious craft.
That decision eventually brought him to Miami—a city that’s not only shaped his career but also sharpened his identity as a DJ and producer. “I moved here to be around people who live and breathe this,” he said. “Miami gave me the confidence to go all in.”
A Sound that Blends UK Grit with Latin Pulse
L0-G’s music is hard to pin down, and that’s exactly how he likes it. His sets lean into UK house bounce, chunky basslines, and stripped-back minimalism—but they’re always spiked with a healthy dose of Latin percussion and playful, nostalgic flair.
“I love mixing cartoonish sounds or quirky samples with tight grooves,” he explained. “It keeps the energy fun, unexpected.” That ethos has earned him nods from both international tastemakers and the local underground alike.
Dream Kids, Househeads, and Scene Roots
Community has played a huge role in L0-G’s rise. He’s closely connected to collectives like Dream Kids and Househeads, and sees them as more than just affiliations—they’re creative families. “Those are my people. They’ve helped me feel seen,” he said.
As part of these scenes, he’s played at Miami staples like Floyd and The Ground, while also locking in gigs across the U.S., including a standout set at a warehouse party in Atlanta. But even as he grows, L0-G stays grounded in collaboration and gratitude. “I wouldn’t be where I am without the people around me pushing me to get better.”
Not Just a DJ: A Full-On Creative
When L0-G isn’t behind the decks, he’s still creating. He’s been building a backlog of unreleased productions—many of which he’s tested live—and plans to start a label down the line. “It’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot,” he shared. “Not for clout, but to create a platform for the kind of weird, fun music I love.”
He also edits videos, designs flyers, and thinks deeply about branding. That DIY drive is part of what makes him such a compelling artist to follow: he’s shaping more than just his sound—he’s building a world.
The Palace Pro Tip
“Don’t be afraid to sound different. If it makes you want to dance—or laugh, or even raise an eyebrow—it’s probably worth playing.”
